We take the time to understand how your business works so we can configure the software to best suit your needs. Sometimes we can suggest ways your business can work smarter and sometimes we find ways to adapt TeamPoint so it perfectly matches your business processes.
Firstly, we spend time with you at your offices learning about how you run your business. Speaking with your team, watching them work, mapping processes and collecting forms, we build up a picture of how you operate. This is a crucial stage, once we get to know your business and understand it thoroughly, we can apply our knowledge and experience and the capabilities of the software.
We configure the software to match your businesses needs as closely as possible. In some cases, where you have a specific business process that you need supporting that are not covered by TeamPoint, we will develop custom modifications to the system. We then load the system with your data, so all your customers, sites and products are ready to use on day 1.
Once we’ve built your system it’s over to you to check that we’ve done everything correctly. We’ll give you a test system to use so you can practice and ensure that the software is working for your business. Then we come back to your office to train your staff and make sure everyone is confident using the system and understands how everything works.
