You can manage stock from the Service Manager home page.  The stock section shows outstanding purchase orders and stock items that are below their re-order levels.

Clicking on products to re-order shows all the products that have dropped below their re-order level, grouped by stock location :

Stock can be replenished by either moving stock from a different location, or by creating a purchase order.
