Configure Emails by Job Type 23rd March 2018 Category: New Features Service Manager sends email notifications for booked jobs, scheduled jobs, completed jobs and delayed (overdue) jobs You can now configure the email address that your job notifications come from by job type. Different job types can use different email from addresses. Select Set-Up->Job-Types from the main menu. On the list of job types click on a job type and enter an email address and email name.
