Enhanced Search

Search has been upgraded in Service Manager.  There is a new search bar at the top of every page.  In the search bar you can select the item you want to search on the left hand side and enter your search on the right hand side. Hit return to run the search.

Search options are:

Jobs

Will search job number, site name (part match) and purchase order number

Quotes

Will search quote number, site name (part match) and purchase order number

Invoices

Will search invoice number, customer name (part match) and purchase order number

Sites

Will search company name (part match)

Customers

Will search company name (part match)

Products

Will search product name (part match)

Everything

Performs above search on Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, Customers and Sites and displays all results on a single page
