Quotation Expiry Dates

By default all quotations are valid for 30 days from the quote performed date.  You can change this in the quote details by setting the Valid For field to the number of days you require e.g. 45 / 60 etc.

 

This show is the text at the bottom of the quote when printed :

Expired quotes can be tracked on the home page.  At the top of the Sales section is a line showing value and number of expired quotes in the system.
