Track jobs that need a purchase order number and customers that are on stop 9th April 2018 Category: New Features We have just refined how service manager deals with purchase order numbers and customers being on stop. These both appear as red labels on jobs now so you can quickly and easily see any jobs that have these issues. The system also prevents you from issuing these jobs to an operative. You can schedule the jobs, to enable forward planning, but it is not possible to issue the job to an operative’s mobile device without the purchase order number or until the customer is un-stopped. This ensures that you don’t attend jobs where you know you will not be able to successfully invoice for the work and reduces wasted visits and bad debt. Back to Blog More Posts
