Viewing Job Status History

Want to understand what’s happened to a job over a period of time? Was it completed straight away, was a return visit required, has the job been put on hold or held for manager review at any stage? Has the job been invoiced, un-invoiced, closed or cancelled?

You can now see the history of all statuses that a job has been through, when the status changed and who changed it.


Pull up a list that shows the job or jobs that you are interested in :


Click on the job status labels to open a popup showing full history of all statuses that the job has had. You can also see when the status changed and who changed it.

Coming soon: We will be adding reporting on this feature, so you can see all jobs statuses for a given period of time or specific job type
