The problem

As a young, ambitious building company operating many different types of project, from scheduled maintenance and small works to larger projects and housebuilding, they quickly realised they needed a digital platform to track and evidence their work and provide compliance for their customers. They also needed a system to manage their growing workforce, tracking holidays, skillsets, certifications and continuous professional development. Ideally they wanted a single system that could manage all this as well as quotations, jobs, service contracts, stock and vehicles.

The solution

Churchill viewed a number of systems, they were particularly impressed by TeamPoint's hands-on approach, the fact they they would manage all aspects of their digital transition.

TeamPoint built the system in a test environment, which was followed by a process of user acceptance testing from Churchill. Once everything had been thoroughly tested and Churchill were happy it satisfied all their requirements, training was delivered on-site and remotely, data was imported and Churchill began their digital journey.

The outcome

Since installation Churchill Integrated Services have more than doubled in size. Feedback from their office and engineering teams has been very positive, they love the clean and simple design of the system.
