Working to high standards of quality and compliance Defluo has grown an impressive customer list including many big name UK brands such as McDonalds, Burger King, Greene King, CBRE, Pure Gyms and IKEA.
From their offices in London, the Midlands and the south west Defluo Group provide general building, roofing, plumbing, heating and drainage services nationwide to a range of large commercial accounts across England and Wales.
The success and growth of Defluo since 2008 has been impressive. However with continued growth Defluo found that increased paperwork was causing job processing delays and creating a growing administration overhead.

TeamPoint prepared a proposal for Defluo by conducted a process map of their diverse business operations. This included meeting all stakeholders - field operatives, warehouse staff, administrators and the senior management team. Defluo were happy with the proposal and delighted to see all jobs available on one system across all disciplines. A big win was that they could now enforce company and client-specific procedures such as pre-works safety checks and work permits on all their jobs.

Defluo continue to grow. The piles of paperwork on everyones desk that were preventing them from getting any bigger are gone. The whole business runs smoothly and efficiently on the digital platform and everyone has access to the most up to date information at all times. A whole range of management information such as site histories, asset registers, job costings and purchasing trends are now available and with less time spent shuffling paper around their staff have the time to make informed decisions that benefit the business.
