Defluo Group are a fast growing business and in 2024 realised their existing accounts software wasn't supporting them enough and decided to migrate over to MicroSoft Business Central.
TeamPoint have been Defluo's job management software of choice since 2019 and have supported them through many changes over the years. TeamPoint closely integrates with finance software, so getting TeamPoint to talk to Business Central was a crucial part of the project, ensuring operations and finance stayed perfectly in sync. .
Over a four month project, working with Defluo's senior management team and their Business Central suppliers, Teampoint designed a solution that automatically pushes revenue and costs for all their jobs straight to Business Central without any human intervention. We also designed error handling so that any posting issues from Business Central were instantly flagged to users and could be resolved quickly and easily.
