• a chart showing cumulative orders for the year against our targets

• a month and year to date comparison of performance against target

• a monthly breakdown of all our quotes showing quoted, accepted, rejected and outstanding

• email reminders to send

• quote requests received

• all open jobs where I am the salesperson
