We would say the three most important pieces of software in most businesses are the job management system, the finance system and the email system. TeamPoint is the job management system and it integrates seamlessly with all the popular finance systems like Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, Netsuite and Microsoft365 Business Central. We also integrate with you email system too, there are three distinct ways we do this.
Automated Outbound email
We have a full set of emails that TeamPoint can send out automatically for you when events occur:
message the customer when a job is entered
message the customer when a job is scheduled
message the customer when a job is completed
message account manager when a job is paused
message operative or sub-contractor when a job is assigned
message line manager when purchase orders need authorising
message users when actions are assigned to them
message supplier when a purchase order is logged
message supplier when a purchase order is cancelled
These can be turned on or off individually as required and can be sent by email, sms or both.
Manual Inbound and Outbound Email
You can create emails in TeamPoint and attached them to a job, quote, purchase order, customer, prospect or anything else. Once sent these emails are permanently stored against the job (or quote etc.) so we have a full history to refer back to. If your customers or suppliers reply to these emails they are forwarded into TeamPoint, automatically attached to the relevant job (or quote etc.) and the appropriate user is notified.
Send and Forward Emails Straight Into TeamPoint
If you have an email in your inbox that you'd like recording in TeamPoint you can just forward it in. Once we receive it you can attach it to any job, quote etc. or use the email to create a new job or a new quote. This is a super quick and easy way of moving information from your inbox directly to a job or a quote where it is permanently recorded for everyone (who has permission!) to see.
