Van checks .... check

Do your operatives perform weekly van checks?

Keeping your fleet of vans in good order is really important for lots of reasons such as maintaining the condition of the vehicle, ensuring the vehicle is safe to use, branding and professional appearance, tracking milage and usage. You don't want your vans breaking down because they haven't been looked after. You don't want to turn up at your customer's site driving something that looks like it's been dragged through a hedge backwards.

TeamPoint can manage all this for you. We track mot and service dates for all your vehicles, additionally by clicking the 'Schedule Van Check' button on a vehicle, TeamPoint will automatically create a repeating task for the driver of the vehicle. The driver will be prompted in their mobile app to conduct a vehicle check. TeamPoint comes with a standard Vehicle Check form built in with questions about tyres, windscreen, lights, exhaust, mileage, interior etc. The form is completely customisable, so you can add whatever questions you like and prompt for specific photos. You decide how often your van checks need completing - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, whatever works for you.

We then have a series of reports and notifications for your admin team so they can keep on top of who has checked their van, who hasn't and when the next checks are due. These work together with mot and servicing notifications.
