We've just introduced a new feature to our job management software - holiday requests.
In our mobile app for field service workers your technicians can now see all their booked holidays and request additional holiday. Once your field service worker submits a holiday request it triggers a notification in our job management system for your admin team. They can see who's requested the holiday, what dates have been requested and the reason for the holiday request. Your admin team can now Accept or Decline the holiday request.
If the holiday request is accepted it's added to all your calendars and scheduling screens so your schedulers are aware of all holidays when booking in planned maintenance work. Your operative also receives a notification in their mobile app that the holiday has been approved and it shows in their list of holidays.
If the holiday request is declined your field service worker receives a notification including a reason for the holiday being declined.
