As Churchill Integrated Services grew the need to digitise administration became more apparent. Churchill Integrated Services wanted to move to a digital solution to avoid re-keying information and unnecessary administration work. They were also relying on labour intensive manual scheduling of jobs and wanted a system which could build the field team schedules automatically and remove the back and forth of manual work. Other features Churchill Integrated Services were looking for included quotes, job management, scheduling, digital worksheets (with before and after photos) and invoicing.
After viewing a wide range of systems Churchill Integrated Services chose TeamPoint Field Service Software. TeamPoint was selected as it provided all of the elements they were looking for within the one system – with integration into the finance software for accounting purposes. Modules used included quotes, site surveys, job logging, purchasing, warehouse, job scheduling, planning, digital worksheets and contract renewals.
TeamPoint built Churchill Integrated Services’ system in a test environment and conducted testing to ensure it satisfied all requirements needed. Once testing was completed a training environment was built and training programme undertaken. Users across the teams were provided with onsite and on-line training and a process manual was issued which detailed all processes in the business and how they would run through TeamPoint. With training completed Churchill Integrated Services’ TeamPoint system was brought on-line with live jobs imported over-night ready for the following days trading.
Since installation Churchill Integrated Services have enjoyed continued growth without the need to grow their administrative overhead. Engineer feedback as been very positive and the feedback from the office staff is they ‘love the clean and simple design’ of the system.
