Sales Team

TeamPoint makes your sales process connected and efficient. Field surveys are conducted within TeamPoint storing valuable information from which to quote. Quotations are created and can be emailed to customers directly from within the system.

Customers can approve quotations simply by clicking an approval link in the email and attaching their purchase order. The accepted quote is then picked up by the service/operations team for actioning.

Each sales-person has their own dashboard showing them surveys to do, quotes to send, quotes sent and quotes converted, it also shows them their sales figures and where they are against target.

Sales managers have a global dashboard showing live and historic sales performance across individuals, teams and departments.

Service Desk

All reactive calls, planned works, install jobs and repairs are available for planning and allocation by your Servicedesk. Job statuses can be managed and added such as ‘awaiting parts’ or ‘parts arrived’. The job tracker and diary view show the locations of field engineers and statuses of the jobs in real time.

TeamPoint features a diary and job despatch workflow and will suggest resources based upon skill set, region and availability making planning easy. For maximum efficiency the TeamPoint Automatic Scheduling Engine can automatically assign jobs to field resources based upon pre-set logic criteria. Using TeamPoint ASE you can schedule a whole month’s work in a matter of minutes saving time and allowing your team to work on other activities.

Field Team

TeamPoint mobile provides your field technicians with a simple to use interface to accept and proceed through a job. You can ensure pre-works checks such as risk assessments or before photos are completed prior to works starting, works checklists can be set up based upon work type, equipment or customer. Once the job is complete photos and checklists are embedded into the service report to be checked by your service team or automatically sent to your customer.

Parts and Warehouse

Parts can be managed directly through TeamPoint. This ranges from assigning a purchase to a specific job or buying from stock. A 360 degree  stock view is available at all times showing you what stock you have and in what location.

Finance

Completed jobs are invoiced to the customer along with the relevant worksheet and photos providing your client with all the information they need for smooth sign-off. TeamPoint provides job costing functionality allowing you to see the margin on all jobs and contains workflows which can escalate when outside of preset criteria.

TeamPoint customers typically use a 3rd party finance package to manage ledgers (such as Xero, Quick-books, Sage etc). TeamPoint has a fully featured API module allowing updates of third-party finance systems.

Portal Integrations

Many organizations have systems for assigning jobs. To maximize efficiency TeamPoint integrates with a wide range of portals including Pronet, Verisae, Service Channel and others.
