Setup Cost

There is a one-off setup cost of £3,000 for TeamPoint, this covers : 


  • Analysing your business and setting TeamPoint up to closely match your processes – this ensures you get the most possible value from the software and changes to your existing workflows are minimal
  • Importing data from previous systems or spreadsheets
  • Setting up worksheets, invoices and other documents with your branding
  • User training
  • On-site support for go-live – one of our team will be with you on day one to provide training, best practice and ensure a smooth transition to your new system

Annual Billing

Standard TeamPoint payment terms are monthly by direct debit.  However, if you choose to pay annually instead we can offer a 10% discount on subscription fees. 

Extended Contracts

Our standard TeamPoint contract is for 12 months and we review our pricing every year.  

We also offer longer contracts of 24, 36 & 48 months at a fixed cost to provide stability and help you plan your long term finances.

Bespoke Development

TeamPoint is built and run by developers based here in the UK.  TeamPoint is a fully featured service management system designed to support all aspects of your business.

Where required, we are also able to adapt the system to your specific needs for maximum benefit for your business.  If you need to change TeamPoint to do something in a specific way, or if you need us to integrate with third party software, or anything else, just let us know.
