LEGAL AGREEMENT

Terms of Use

Last Updated: July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the TeamPoint Field Service Management platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TeamPoint software, mobile applications, and cloud-based services (collectively, the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

TeamPoint is a proprietary, cloud-based Field Service Management and CRM platform designed to assist field service and maintenance businesses in managing scheduling, compliance, job sheets, quotations, and invoicing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TeamPoint immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

Subject to compliance with these terms, TeamPoint grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business operations. You shall not reverse-engineer, modify, duplicate, or lease any portion of our software or proprietary tools.

5. Subscription Fees & Payment

Use of the Service requires payment of recurring subscription fees as specified in your agreement. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

6. Data Protection & GDPR

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. TeamPoint acts as a data processor for any client-stored records (such as end-customer details and job worksheets) and complies with all applicable UK data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software code, layouts, icons, designs, and brand trademarks, are owned exclusively by TeamPoint. Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
